SMS Campaigns

SMS campaigns are not yet available. This feature is under development and will be released in a future update.

SMS campaigns let you send text messages to contacts who have opted in to SMS communications from your team. Text messages have significantly higher open rates than email (typically 90%+ opened within 3 minutes) and are ideal for time-sensitive communications.

Planned use cases:

  • Game-day reminders (“Doors open in 2 hours — see you tonight!”)
  • Last-minute ticket availability alerts
  • Flash sale announcements
  • Post-game thank-you messages

SMS messaging requires compliance with telecommunications regulations (TCPA/CTIA in North America), including explicit opt-in consent from each recipient and the ability for recipients to opt out via STOP messages. Stadli is building the consent management infrastructure — opt-in capture at checkout, STOP/UNSTOP handling, and a consent audit log — before enabling SMS sends.

When SMS launches, you will be able to:

  • Send bulk SMS to segments of opted-in contacts
  • Schedule SMS sends for a specific date and time
  • Track delivery rates and opt-out counts
  • See SMS stats alongside email campaign analytics

Use Email Campaigns for broadcast communications. For urgent game-day notifications, many teams use their existing SMS tools (team app, group text platforms) until Stadli SMS is available.
