Organization Settings

Organization Settings control the foundational configuration for your Stadli account — the details that appear on tickets, emails, and reports. Set these before going on sale.

Path: Admin > Settings > Organization

Your team name appears on the public storefront, buyer emails, and ticket PDFs. Keep it consistent with your brand (e.g., “Rivaux FC” not “Rivaux FC Admin Team”).

To update: Click Edit next to Team Name, enter the new name, and click Save.

All event times, report timestamps, and scheduled sends use the organization timezone. If your events show the wrong time, check this setting first.

To update: Select your timezone from the dropdown. Changes take effect immediately — all existing event times display in the new timezone.

Important: Changing timezone after tickets are sold can cause buyer confusion if event times appear to shift. Update before going on sale, or notify buyers of any changes.

The currency in which all ticket prices, fees, and reports are displayed. Set to your local currency before creating any price levels.

To update: Select currency from the dropdown and click Save.

Note: Currency cannot be changed after orders have been placed. Contact Stadli support if you need to change currency after sales begin.

Choose between Light and Dark display mode for the admin interface. This is a per-organization setting, not per-user — all admins see the same theme. Individual admins can override this in their personal profile (Admin > Profile).

Path: Admin > Settings > Onboarding

The onboarding checklist shows your progress through initial platform setup. Each step links to the relevant configuration screen. Check off steps as you complete them.

The checklist does not affect any features — it is a reference tool to ensure you have not missed a setup step before your first sale.

Path: Admin > Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache

If you are seeing stale data (prices not updating, events not appearing), clearing the cache forces Stadli to reload data from the database.

Click Clear Cache and wait 30 seconds before refreshing your browser.

Use this only when something looks wrong — normal operations do not require manual cache clearing.

Path: Admin > Settings > Advanced > Export Database

Download a full backup of your Stadli data as a ZIP file containing CSV exports of all tables. Use this for:

  • Migrating to a new platform
  • Keeping an offline backup
  • Providing data to your analytics team

Exports can take up to 5 minutes for large accounts. The download link is sent to your email when ready.

  • “Event times are wrong for buyers” — Check the organization timezone. If it was set incorrectly after events were created, the displayed times may be offset. Correct the timezone and verify event times.
  • “Currency is showing the wrong symbol” — The currency setting controls the symbol and formatting. Verify the correct currency is selected.
