Single-Event Passes

Single-event passes are ticket products tied to one specific game or event. Unlike seats in the inventory grid (which have specific section/row/seat assignments), passes grant access to an event without necessarily assigning a specific seat. They appear on the buyer’s account as a digital pass.

Use cases:

  • General admission events with no assigned seating
  • Parking passes
  • Hospitality or suite access passes
  • Media or staff credentials for a specific game

Path: Admin > Passes > New Pass

  1. Click New Pass.
  2. Enter the Pass Name (buyer-facing, e.g., “General Admission — Season Opener”).
  3. Select the Event this pass applies to.
  4. Set the Price (or $0 for a complimentary pass).
  5. Set Inventory — how many of this pass can be issued.
  6. Toggle Manual Only if you want this pass to be admin-issued only (not purchasable by buyers on the storefront).
  7. Click Save.

Manual-only passes (comps and credentials)

Section titled “Manual-only passes (comps and credentials)”

When Manual Only is enabled, the pass does not appear on the public storefront. Only an admin can issue it.

To issue a manual pass to a contact:

  1. Go to Admin > Passes > [Pass Name].
  2. Click Issue Pass.
  3. Search for the contact by name or email.
  4. Select the contact and click Issue.

The contact receives the pass on their account and via email (if email delivery is configured).

Change the name, price, or inventory at any time by clicking the pass in the list and selecting Edit. Inventory can be increased but reducing it below the number already issued is not allowed.

Archive passes that are no longer on sale. Archived passes do not appear on the storefront. Restore them to put them back on sale.

Path: Admin > Passes > [Pass Name] > Holders

See all contacts who have been issued or purchased this pass, along with fulfillment status.

“Pass is showing on storefront when I don’t want it to” — Enable Manual Only to hide it from public purchase.

“Contact didn’t receive their pass” — Check fulfillment status under Holders. Resend from the order detail view (Admin > Orders).

“Inventory shows 0 but I haven’t issued any passes” — Check if inventory was set too low when the pass was created. Edit the pass to increase inventory.
