What to expect
Section titled “What to expect”When Merchandise & Commerce is released, you will be able to:
Products
- Create product listings with name, description, images, and price
- Set inventory levels and track stock
- Manage product variants (sizes, colors)
- Organize products into collections (e.g., “Game Day Gear”, “Sale Items”)
Fulfillment
- Configure shipping rates (flat rate or free over a threshold)
- Track order fulfillment and add tracking numbers
- Mark orders as shipped and notify buyers
Promotions
- Run product-level discounts and promotional pricing
Reporting
- View product sales, revenue, and margin
- Export product sales data
In the meantime
Section titled “In the meantime”For walk-up merchandise sales, use Manual Orders with a $0 or custom-priced pass. For large-volume merch tracking, consider exporting your orders CSV and tracking manually.
