Inventory & Price Levels

A price level is a named pricing tier (e.g., “General Admission — $25”, “Lower Bowl — $45”, “Student — $15”). Price levels are attached to sections. A section can have one or more price levels, each with a different price.

Path: Admin > Inventory > Price Levels > New Price Level

  1. Enter a Name for the price level (this appears on the storefront — be descriptive).
  2. Enter the Price (before fees).
  3. Click Save.

The price level is now available to attach to sections.

Path: Admin > Inventory > [Section]

  1. Open a section in the inventory grid.
  2. Click Add Price Level.
  3. Select the price level from the list.
  4. Enter the Quantity — how many seats in this section are available at this price level.
  5. Click Save.

A section can have multiple price levels (e.g., 200 General Admission seats and 50 VIP seats in the same section).

Path: Admin > Inventory > [Section]

  • On Sale — tickets in this section are available for purchase.
  • Off Sale — section is hidden from buyers. Use this to pause sales without cancelling.

Toggle using the On Sale / Off Sale switch next to each section. The change takes effect immediately.

Path: Admin > Inventory > [Section] > Backfill

If you add more seats to a section after launch (e.g., opening an upper deck), use Backfill to increase available inventory without creating a new price level.

  1. Enter the additional quantity.
  2. Click Backfill.

Path: Admin > Inventory

The inventory grid shows all sections in a single view with:

  • Price levels and prices per section
  • Inventory sold vs. remaining
  • On/off sale status

Use this view for a quick pre-game check on what’s still available.

The price you set in Stadli is the base ticket price. Fees (platform fee, payment processing fee) are added at checkout and displayed to buyers before they complete their purchase. Fee configuration is handled at the platform level — contact Stadli support to review your fee structure.

  • “I set a price but it’s not showing on the storefront” — Check that the section is marked On Sale and the game is Active (not Draft).
  • “Inventory shows 0 remaining but the seats aren’t sold” — Check if the section was taken off sale, or if a hold reduced available inventory.
  • “Buyer paid wrong price” — Price levels are per-section. Verify the correct price level is attached to the section. Individual seat price overrides take precedence over section price levels.
