Bundles
What are bundles?
Section titled “What are bundles?”A bundle is a pre-purchased block of ticket credits. A buyer purchases a bundle once and then redeems individual credits against specific games throughout the season as they choose. Bundles are different from season passes: a season pass gives access to all games automatically; a bundle requires the holder to actively redeem each game.
Use cases:
- Flexible ticket packs (“Buy 10 games, choose which ones”)
- Group entertainment packages for corporate clients
- Family packs where the buyer picks their games

- Select the Game they want to attend.
- Select the Seat or Price Level.

The credit is deducted from the bundle. The holder receives a ticket confirmation.

What could go wrong
Section titled “What could go wrong”“Bundle code not found” — Verify the buyer is entering the correct code. Bundle codes are case-sensitive. Check their confirmation email for the exact code.
“Holder wants to change the game after redemption” — Contact Stadli support. Bundle redemptions are not self-serve reversible at this time.
“Bundle shows $0 remaining credits” — All credits have been used. The holder needs to purchase a new bundle.
