Public Website & Branding
What is the public website?
Section titled “What is the public website?”Your Stadli public website is the storefront where fans browse events and purchase tickets. The settings here control how it looks and what fans see.
Path: Admin > Settings > Brand Appearance (or Settings > Website — check your sidebar)
Branding
Section titled “Branding”- Click Upload Logo.
- Select an image file (PNG or SVG recommended; max 5 MB).
- Click Save.
The logo appears in the storefront header and on ticket PDFs.
Theme and colors
Section titled “Theme and colors”Select your primary color to brand the storefront buttons, headers, and CTAs. Enter the hex color code or use the color picker.
Favicon
Section titled “Favicon”Upload a favicon (ICO or PNG, 32x32 or 64x64 pixels) that appears in browser tabs.
Navigation labels
Section titled “Navigation labels”Customize the text in your storefront navigation menu.
- Games label — defaults to “Games”. Change to “Events”, “Matches”, or any word that fits your team’s terminology.
- Passes label — defaults to “Passes”. Change to “Memberships”, “Season Tickets”, etc.
Changes take effect immediately.
Hero CTAs
Section titled “Hero CTAs”The storefront homepage displays a hero section with a headline and call-to-action buttons.
Path: Admin > Settings > Brand Appearance > Hero CTAs
Edit the headline text and button labels. You can link buttons to specific event pages, pass pages, or external URLs.
Pre-launch mode
Section titled “Pre-launch mode”Pre-launch mode is intended to hide your public storefront while you are setting up — so fans do not see incomplete pricing or empty event lists.
Path: Admin > Settings > Brand Appearance > Pre-Launch Mode
Toggle Pre-Launch Mode on to activate. Contact Stadli support to confirm current behavior before enabling.
Public chat widget
Section titled “Public chat widget”Enable a live chat widget on your public storefront for fan support.
Path: Admin > Settings > Brand Appearance > Public Chat
Toggle the chat on or off. When enabled, a chat bubble appears on your storefront pages where fans can ask questions.
Note: Chat messages are handled by your team — there is no AI or automated response. Ensure someone monitors the chat during on-sale periods.
FAQ management
Section titled “FAQ management”Add a public FAQ visible on your storefront to reduce support volume for common questions.
Path: Admin > Settings > FAQs
- Click New FAQ Entry.
- Enter the Question and Answer (supports basic formatting).
- Click Save.
- Drag entries to reorder.
To remove a FAQ: click Archive. Archived FAQs are removed from the public page but retained in admin.
Knowledge base
Section titled “Knowledge base”The knowledge base is for internal team documentation — not fan-facing content.
Path: Admin > Settings > Knowledge Base
Create articles for your team (e.g., “How we comp tickets”, “Box office opening procedure”, “Parking partner contacts”). Articles can be AI-generated from a brief description.
What could go wrong
Section titled “What could go wrong”- “Logo looks blurry on the storefront” — Upload a higher-resolution file. SVG format scales cleanly at any size.
- “Navigation label change is not showing” — Clear your browser cache or try an incognito window. The change takes effect immediately on the server but may be cached locally.
- “Pre-launch mode is on but I can still see my events” — See GAP-005. The public gating logic is being finalized. Contact Stadli support for current status.
