Admin Roles & Permissions
Every admin account is assigned a role that controls which modules are accessible and whether access is read-only or read/write.

| Super Admin | Full access to every module and all settings |
| Box Office | Dashboard, Games, Orders, Inventory, Seats, CRM (read), Reports (read) |
| Marketing | Dashboard, CRM, Marketing, Surveys, Reports (read) |
| Gate Staff | Dashboard (read), Gate scanning |
Super Admins can further customize permissions per admin user, granting or restricting read/write access on a per-module basis.
Admin accounts
Section titled “Admin accounts”- Admins are invited by a Super Admin via the Settings > Admin Users section.
- Each admin sets their own password and profile (name, avatar, preferred language).
- The platform supports English and French as UI languages.
- All admin actions are recorded in an audit log (action, IP address, timestamp).
