Public Website
The public-facing website is what fans and ticket buyers interact with. Below is a summary of what is available.
Browsing events
Section titled “Browsing events”- View all upcoming public events
- See event details: date, time, opponent, venue, promotional content, and custom info fields
- View the seat map and available seats per section
Purchasing tickets
Section titled “Purchasing tickets”- Select an event
- Choose a section and seats (or general admission)
- Select a pricing tier
- Add optional add-ons (parking, insurance, etc.)
- Apply a promo code (if available)
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Receive tickets by email (with QR codes)
Purchasing passes
Section titled “Purchasing passes”- Browse available bundles and season passes
- See included events and pricing
- Purchase and claim passes through checkout
User account
Section titled “User account”After creating an account, users can:
- View order history and past purchases
- Manage tickets — view, resend, or download tickets
- Transfer tickets — send a ticket to another person by email
- Digital wallet — add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay
- Manage passes — view claimed passes and season seat assignments
- Edit profile — update name, email, phone, address, and other personal info
- Manage payment methods — add or remove saved cards
- View loyalty points — see current balance
- Email preferences — opt in or out of marketing emails and SMS
Marketing signup
Section titled “Marketing signup”- Subscribe to email updates via a form or the marketing popup
- Unsubscribe or manage preferences at any time through the preference center
